Combining apprenticeships with vocational education? Excellent!

We support the dual education model that combines apprenticeships with vocational education for our skilled employees of the future. The synergy between theory and practice has been one of the reasons for our success over the decades. This is why we are committed to our up-and-coming skilled employees, and promote dual education as well as exchanges between our apprentices and students. This involves supporting local and national initiatives to promote young adults in the STEM subjects and internships and opportunities for further training, and trainer and apprentice visits to schools. We are training ambassadors!
