Michael Stump, Eugen Hermann, Mirko Lindner, Jörg Ückert and Cord Hävecker have been part of our team since 2001. Over the past 25 years, they have worked in different areas of our company, taken on new responsibilities and grown both professionally and personally. Their 25th anniversaries are a wonderful opportunity for us to look back on their individual career paths and thank them for their many years of dedication.

“Our anniversary celebrants demonstrate in very different ways how individual career paths can develop over 25 years within a company. Today, they contribute a wealth of experience and knowledge to their respective areas. I would like to sincerely thank them for their dedication.”

Michael Stump began his career with us as an industrial mechanic apprentice. After completing his apprenticeship and attending a technical secondary school, he moved into our Design Engineering department. Today, he develops fixtures for production and creates the corresponding 3D models and technical drawings. One particularly memorable project was the development of a robot for the automated testing of electronic circuit breakers – a task that allowed him to apply his knowledge and experience to a new technical solution.

Eugen Hermann also completed his apprenticeship as an industrial mechanic with us. Today, he works in our Toolmaking department, where he manufactures sheet metal components as well as tools for machines and transformer cores. He also shares his experience with interns and apprentices, supporting them in their daily tasks. What he particularly appreciates about his work is the variety of responsibilities and the opportunity to develop solutions independently.

Mirko Lindner has held numerous positions throughout his career with us. Starting with his apprenticeship, he went on to work in assembly, testing and prototype production before taking on a team leadership role. Today, he is Head of Department in Transformer Production. Working with his colleagues, taking on new challenges and continuously developing his department are what continue to make his work rewarding.

Jörg Ückert started his career in our Electronics Production department and has remained closely connected to this area ever since. Over the years, he has taken on various responsibilities and today primarily handles repairs, customer complaints and quality issues. During the introduction of the SMD assembly machine, he was responsible for creating the necessary PCB programs, among other tasks. His commitment to continuously improving our quality remains an important part of his work today.

Cord Hävecker began his career with us in Sales, focusing on traded products, before moving into our Quality Management department. Today, he works in QM Service, handling a wide range of matters related to repairs, shipping damage and customer complaints. His role involves close collaboration with numerous departments. He particularly values this variety and the opportunity to help others.

Five different career paths that have been part of our shared company history for 25 years. We sincerely thank our anniversary celebrants for their experience, dedication and longstanding commitment to BLOCK. We look forward to continuing our journey together.
