With energy, curiosity, and lots of motivation, eight new talents took their first step into professional life at this year’s BLOCK Starter Day: an industrial clerk, a media designer, a technical product designer, two mechatronics technicians, two industrial mechanics and a dual student in industrial engineering. Accompanied by their families, they were warmly welcomed at our company headquarters in Verden. This first encounter with their future workplace was shaped by openness, enthusiasm, and a clear message: at BLOCK, people take center stage.
Our training manager Alica Bogner welcomed the new “starters” together with CEO Wolfgang Reichelt, Head of HR Tobias Kirschke, trainers, and apprentices from other years. Personal greetings, shared insights, and practical tips helped ease the transition into working life.
Afterwards, our new colleagues were given a behind-the-scenes look at our production and administration during a company tour. They gained a first-hand impression of the team spirit and strong sense of community that define our corporate culture.
We’re excited to work with our new team members, to hear their fresh ideas, and to see their drive and initiative in action. We wish them a great start and many rewarding moments on their journey into the world of technology.
