In March 2026, four more colleagues were honored for their 25 years of service: Oleg Wenzel, Vitali Schkolni, Tatjana Trotno, and Lubow Halfinger.

Oleg Wenzel began his career at BLOCK in winding technology and later moved to transformer testing, where he continues to work today. With his experience and strong focus on quality, he helps ensure that our high standards are consistently met.
Vitali Schkolni started in transformer testing and, over the years, became a key member of our warehouse team. Thanks to his broad experience, he understands processes from different perspectives and applies this knowledge effectively in his daily work.
Tatjana Trotno has also been working in transformer testing for many years. With her trained eye and extensive experience, she ensures that every product meets our quality requirements.
Lubow Halfinger works in our potting department. Her role requires a high level of precision and a keen eye for detail – qualities she has demonstrated consistently over many years. With her positive attitude and dedication, she contributes to stable and smooth operations.
All of them value the strong collaboration within the team and the mutual support among colleagues. At the same time, they take pride in contributing together to the quality of our products.
