Sergej Zilke began his career with an apprenticeship at BLOCK and has remained closely connected to the company ever since. Today, he works in process optimization and work analysis, focusing on the continuous improvement of workflows. With his experience and practical mindset, he helps further develop our processes efficiently and strengthen existing structures in a sustainable way.
In our PCB manufacturing department, Raissa Brauer is a highly experienced and valued team member. From visual inspection and manual assembly to soldering and component preparation, she ensures quality with great care. Her honesty, diligence, and willingness to help are especially appreciated by her colleagues.
As a career changer, Christine Miltzlaff established herself in component manufacturing and on the assembly line. She takes on preparatory tasks, maintains oversight, and ensures stable and efficient processes. Her commitment and reliability are particularly valued by her team.
