The production of our electronic products at our headquarters in Verden has been further modernized: a new reflow oven has been successfully put into operation. One of its outstanding features is the intelligent cooling zone, which gently brings the PCBs to handling temperature after the soldering process. This enhancement protects the components and, together with the precise execution of the soldering process, ensures significantly higher soldering quality.
The transition to the new oven went smoothly, as all relevant employees were trained during the installation phase in collaboration with technicians from SMT. This allowed the oven to be put into productive operation immediately.
Energy efficiency is one of the key focus areas in our production. With the new oven, a true efficiency champion has been added to the SMD line: the oven from SMT impresses with significantly improved energy efficiency and thus contributes to reducing overall energy consumption.
The optimized process parameters also have a positive impact on the entire production chain, significantly accelerating it – a combination of product and process optimization while conserving resources.
With our energy-efficient electronic products – including power supplies, UPS systems, and electronic circuit breakers – and the continuous optimization of our manufacturing processes, we are actively shaping the future.
