Whether in production, mechanical manufacturing, or executive management, Alexander Schneider, Frank Tietje, and Jens Scheffelmeier have helped shape the development of our company for many years. This year, all three are celebrating their 25th work anniversary with BLOCK. During a joint anniversary gathering, CEO Wolfgang Reichelt personally congratulated them on this special milestone.
“It is always rewarding to see employees remain loyal to the company for so many years. Alexander Schneider, Frank Tietje, and Jens Scheffelmeier have supported and shaped BLOCK in their respective roles over many years. I would like to sincerely thank them for their commitment.”
- Wolfgang Reichelt, CEO -
When friends first introduced Alexander Schneider to BLOCK, it marked the beginning of a professional journey that now spans a quarter of a century. Today, he works on the production line for PCB transformers. He particularly values the responsibility that comes with his role and the strong team spirit among his colleagues.
Frank Tietje has also been part of BLOCK for 25 years. After completing his apprenticeship as a construction mechanic, he joined our mechanical manufacturing department. Today, he operates punching and laser systems and creates machine programs. He especially appreciates the variety of his tasks and the collaboration with his colleagues.
As BLOCK’s first dual-study student, Jens Scheffelmeier laid the foundation for his career with the company. He took on responsibility early and, within a few years, advanced to General ManagerProduction, Logistics & Technical Services. He was granted power of attorney in 2009. Throughout his long career, he has supported numerous developments and played a key role in shaping BLOCK’s continued growth. What he values most are the opportunity to actively drive change, the short decision-making paths, and the strong identification many employees have with BLOCK.
