Finally, we also provide BLOCK components for the charging infrastructure to make the solar energy generated immediately available. Connecting wall boxes for vehicle charging is just one example of how to decentralize charging options for transportation.
Together with our customer STABL, we have developed a complete solution: a RI filter HFV and motor reactor MR3 integrated in a customized enclosure, which is used in the operation of large-scale storage facilities. Our partner STABL has been a rising player in the market for inverters for the large-scale storage industry for several years. With the first delivery of our products in 2022, the joint development phase for this technical special solution has been successfully completed, and we have started series production.
The technical functionality of STABL's inverters is extremely future-oriented, and at the same time, the products have advantages over existing solutions in the market. With our partners from STABL Energy, we have customers who have established themselves as manufacturers of inverters for the large-scale storage industry in recent years and rely on the technology and development strength of BLOCK with their technical solutions.
TIME FOR A POWER SUPPLY WITH INTEGRATED UPS FUNCTIONALITY
Our reliable power supply PEL-4124-013-01 now combines a power supply with buffering in one housing. This integrated UPS offers additional security and system availability in the event of short-term power failures. Thanks to the maintenance-free and long-lasting ultracapacitors, the power supply meets all requirements of the VDE-AR-N 4105 guideline regarding grid stability for central grid and plant protection.
GRID OUTAGE PROTECTION ENSURES SAFE SYSTEM AVAILABILITY WITH A BUFFER OF AT LEAST 5 SECONDS
The FRT capability also fulfills the requirements for TOR generators regarding the grid connection rules (Austria). The compact design allows easy installation in control cabinets and distribution boxes, so this new BLOCK product is already installed in many backup boxes of inverter and storage systems. In addition to the already mentioned applications, the power supply is also suitable for a wide range of industrial applications, including automation, control technology, mechanical engineering, and many more. To mention the basic parameters of our buffered power supply, it is equipped with an input voltage of 230 V AC and an output voltage of 24 V DC/1.3 A, with a buffer time of 1 A/5 seconds.

Sonnen's home storage units are installed in numerous households in Germany and beyond, offering an elegant solution for a sustainable storage system that makes renewable energies directly available. According to the requirements of our customer Sonnen, we have manufactured a customized switched mode power supply to supply the internal electronics. In addition to our many years of development experience, our advantage lies in the fact that our products can be individually certified quickly or already are certified. Our know-how in standards and certifications meets any requirement and enables the use of customized solutions internationally and across industries.
In the field of power supply for the European market and specifically the DACH (German speaking) region, our power supply for storage of “generation 10" is used.
